The Bock Cuvée is the flagship wine of our cellar, representing a classic Bordeaux-style blend: Cabernet Sauvignon (60%), Cabernet Franc (30%), and Merlot (10%).

The wine is aged for 24 months in new, small oak barrels, and then continues to develop in the bottle for at least one more year following the barrel aging. Due to its age, its color shows brownish hues.

Tasting notes

The bouquet is complex, revealing notes of cocoa, vanilla, cardamom, strawberry, dried apricot, cinnamon pastry, and sour cherry chocolate. The taste is complex, full-bodied, and highly drinkable, with a long finish. Tannins: Its tannins are pronounced and serious, yet they remain gentle and kind.
