Warm treatment:
After removing its case, place the Bock Grape Seed Pillow can be easily heated for 10 minutes in an oven preheated to 120°C. After replacing the pillowcase the pillow becomes suitable for treating a variety of complaints (arthritic pains, stiff muscles, colds, stomach cramps) as the warmth efficates relaxation of the muscles and circulation of the blood.
Cold treatment:
For cold treatment, following removal of its case the pillow can be placed inside a nylon bag and cooled in a freezer or fridge. Replace in its case prior to use to avoid injury through burns. We recommend the cold pillow for sprains and swellings.
