Bock Kékfrankos Selection

In recent years, we have had to contend with periods of drought; in 2023, however, there was no shortage of rainfall, and the prolonged rainfall made much of the vineyard work more difficult. The winter was relatively mild, with above-average temperatures and moderate rainfall. Spring was slightly cooler than expected, followed by a sufficiently warm summer, which was often accompanied by prolonged periods of rain. Unfortunately, these factors favoured the spread of vine diseases, requiring careful attention to plant protection. During the harvest period, the changeable weather made our work more difficult; on several occasions, we had to harvest the grapes from our vineyards in stages, which was a real challenge for our team.
